Issue

Monk stands on bridge -> Warrior climbs all the way up the bridge -> Monk casts return and is safe for another 30 seconds

Suggestion

Increase Recharge, or make it fail with 4 Crit Strikes or less.

Suggestion 1

Have it disable all your spells that target allies for 5 seconds.

Suggestion 2

Shadow Arts makes this recharge faster, increase recharge to 30 seconds. (perhaps 10 second recharge at 16 shadow arts, and 15 seconds at 10 shadow arts)
