ArenaNet:Skill feedback/Dervish/Farmer's Scythe

Issue: Considering how difficult it is to get multiple enemies together in PvP to use this, and how easy it is for them just to run apart, this skill needs to do something a little more than just +damage.
Suggestion: Of all the possible suggestions for a buff here, I feel that simply giving this skill a quick attack speed, like Eremite's Attack or Mystic Sweep would be the best buff, since it'd allow you to milk the favourable situation before they kite away. Perhaps bring the normal recharge down slightly too.
