Issue: Churning Earth's casting time is too high for it to be used in PvP, but it's conditional effect will only really matter in PvP, making it underpowered in PvE.
Suggestion: Lower the casting time to 2, and/or change the effect to: "Spell. Each second for 5 seconds, foes in the area of effect are struck for 10...34...40 earth damage and are Weakened for 10 seconds. " to make Stoning and Glowstone a bit more practical in PvE.
