- Issue
- Does nothing if removed.
- lack of armor penetration means poor pressure/damage ability
- Suggestion
- Give it initial damage of 15...75...90. Nerf the secondary damage a bit.
- or
- Add a 25% armor penetration.

this skill can be changed in this way:
for 3 seconds u are affected by lighting surge hex when it ends the closest foe takes x damages and is knoecked down
