Lightning Surge

Needs a buff

Issue

Does nothing if removed.

lack of armor penetration means poor pressure/damage ability

Suggestion

Give it initial damage of 15...75...90. Nerf the secondary damage a bit.

or

Add a 25% armor penetration.

Simple Buff

this skill can be changed in this way:

for 3 seconds u are affected by lighting surge hex when it ends the closest foe takes x damages and is knoecked down

Impaled's issue

Issue

No AP, no effect if removed (unlike shatterstone).

Suggestion

Add 25% armor penetration and make it trigger on removal, like shatterstone etc.
