Issue: Healing Prayers seem to be under powered compared to Protection Prayers and Restoration Magic, especially because most spells are only for "target other ally" - really funny that Healing Monks have the worst amount of selfhealing. Some conditional buffs on under powered skills and an increasement of self target spells will be promoted. This skill is terrible! It only heals target other ally and has half the normal range.
Suggestion: "Spell. Target other ally is healed for 40...88...100." - *5 Energy *0.75 Activation *3 Recharge

Suggestion: "Target other ally is healed for 40...88...100. If that ally was not within half range, it is disabled for an additional 3 seconds."
