instant effect + health inline with Divine Healing (15...51...60)

increase energy cost

"All party members within earshot and below 75% Health gain +15...51...60 Health. (10 energy, 20 recharge)"

This skill is almost fine as it is

Not much of an an issue. Only borderline underpowered.

Suggestion

Decrease recharge to 10.
