- Issue
- Not all that hot
- Martyr, Foul Feast etc....
- Any condition heavy team surely has rangers with DShot, 2 sec is just bad
- Suggestion
- Cast time to 1 or 0.75 and shorter recharge
OR
- Shorter recharge and change functionality to: "Elite Signet. All party members lose all Conditions. Nearby foes are set on Fire for 1 second for each Condition removed in this way."
