- Issue
- the only time this is remotely useful is if you run multi-paragon teams
- no recharge time to keep it in check in said multi-paragon teams
- can refresh echoes for essentially no cost
- Suggestion
- increase adrenaline cost to 6
- since chants are roughly 20 recharge, assuming you bring a res you can have up to 7 chants if you don't bring this.
