Issue

Is elite and has the same area as Volley, making Volley a better option. Barrage rarely uses all 7 arrows in the description.

Suggestion

Increase area to nearby. With "adjacent" area, Barrage rarely uses all 7 arrows. Increasing this would make Barrage more useful.

Issue

Barrage was recently buffed to get it's damage to be more inline with other skills.

Suggestion

I would prefer a drop in the damage buff to +5..8..10 if the skill allowed the use of preparations. Volley can remain unchanged to keep Barrage elite and rangers wouldn't need to go outside of their profession to

use make their main PvE elite skill more damaging.

Barrage doesn't allow preparations because it would be used with Apply Poison and Ignite Arrows.

Most of the arrows are wasted because it's only "adjacent".

Suggestion

Increase AoE to nearby(PvE). Leave it as it is in PvP, we don't want barrage-way teams.
