Issue: No use in game -> This skill only affects Elementalist effective, just in combinaton with Arcane Languor it may be usefull.
Suggestion: Maybe just add a 'it takes "10...25...30%" longer to cast a spell' to make it easier to interrupt spells and keep the elite status of this ritual. (I've never seen somebody usin' this skill in the whole game since factions release)
