[edit] Done25's Issue -- Weak heal

Issue: The healing reduction is okay but the health gain is too weak to be placed on a beast masters for use as healing himself and his pet on an already tight bar.
Suggestion: Scale it so that it reads you steal 5...11..12 health every time you hit a foe. (0.5 health per point and yes I know this will be popular with RoA thumpers but this is a trashbin skill that desperatly needs a boost.)
