Too expensive on single Rangers, not removable because it isn't a Stance and overall too powerfull in Thumper Teams.
Suggestion
"Elite Stance. For For 3...12...14 seconds, both you and your animal companion attack 25% faster and run 25% faster." *15 Energy / *20 Recharge time.

Madda's Issue

The fact the skill is unremovable causes the skill to require a high energy cost to stop the skill
being abused, however I would prefer this skill is changed to a stance for the simple reason that :it needs modification to be viable outside of gimmick builds.
As it stands, the skill basically eats up most, if not all of your energy pool. Meaning you either :invest heavily in expertise, or you use adrenaline skills(could also use signets, but there is :little point with this skill).
If I was a regular ranger, taking this skill, I would want to use the extra attack speed too, :believe it or not, attack. But with most of my energy gone, I have little in the way of bow :skills that I can use. If the move was designed to act as a sort of 'increased attack speed', and :nothing more, then make it disable skills on the bar.
Suggestion
It could do with being either a shout or a stance (both of which have in game counters) or move it :to the expertise tree and make it reduce attack skills and pet attack skills so that we can :actually "rampage". The skill, as it is, is okay in my opinion, however it is okay if you are :going to be a Ranger/Warrior or Ranger/Paragon, since they have access to adrenaline skills, it :doesn't strike me as a skill that encourages me to bring a pet and look after my pet(read: keep :it alive), more like my pet is there BECAUSE I need it for the skill, not because I wanted to bring a pet.
Although in the skills defence, it has encouraged some Ranger/Pet synergy, which is a good thing.

Low duration to 12. Increase recharge to 25.

Bring back disrupting lunge!

Too many skills get nerfed over this.
Suggestion
PvP-only-25/90 it.
It's already 25e. Why not make an example of this and 50/90 it, with a set duration of 1 second? Oh, and drop IAS/IMS to 5%? 66.75.136.251 23:11, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

15e 20r "Elite Stance. For 3...13...15 seconds, you and your pet move and attack 25% faster and have +1...4...5 health regeneration."
Works as a self heal and costs less, but cannot be maintained. Since it is a Stance, it can be removed. Furthermore, the bonuses are reduced to 25%.
