Discussion

Issue
Bleeding Duration too short for skill cost
Suggestion
Lengthen bleeding duration for skill

Chaos Messenger Issue -- 14:25, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Issue
This is a very good and powerful skill but doesn't find use because warriors want to use stances. Stances are better than inflicting bleeding.
Suggestion
Give it some other form of conditional thingy. "If you are/are not suffering from a hex/condition " or something.. The "if you are suffering from a hex" would give an edge over melee shutdowns. "If you are suffering from a condition" part has synergy with skills like Headbutt and comforts when suffering from weakness or cripple.

Warnlord Issue -- 02:16, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

Issue
The skill itself is moderate. The damage increase would be good for any swordsman, but the requirement to grant bleeding isn't all that great. Even if it could grant bleeding unconditionally, it would still be obsolete in comparison with other bleeding skills, namely Sever Artery.
Suggestion
Give the skill a different condition. Why not deep wound. Make it similar to Dismember. Damage would NOT be required as deep wound is considered as a powerful condition. Not only would this enhance the PvE and PvP use of this skill, it would give it a use while allowing warriors to use a stance.

MrPaladins Issue -- 22 May 2009

Issue
Stances are better than inflicting bleeding. Bleeding key in swords skill line...
Suggestion
Alter the requirement for bleeding condition... Keep rest the same...
Possible requirements
  • Not Moving
  • Moving
  • Casting
  • Blocking
  • Is Enchanted
  • Is suffering from a condition
  • Insert just about anything except requiring the no stance?!?!?
