Council of Elders

The Council of Elders is the governing body of the Luxon nation in Cantha. The Council meets once a year in Cavalon and the surrounding area to decide on the code (defined as the set of laws that all Luxon clans will follow for the coming year). The council consists of the leaders of the three separate Luxon Clans, the Turtle, the Crab and the Serpent. For the first time ever, all three leaders of the clans are female.
