Imperial Faction Trader for Guild Halls

Thought it would be beneficial to add a "Hei Tsu" (Imperial Faction Trader) into the Guild Halls. A lot of time imperial faction is saved and stored up then your sitting in your hall going oh i can dump 130k faction into guild then realize you have to go to ab/jq/fa to actually trade it in. Just an idea that it could make things a lot more imperial faction friendly to have one in your guild hall.
