Guild Wars 2 should have weather affects in the game.

It could be random for the day, live weather based servers location in the real world, and/or random for the quest/mission/dungeon/etc.

Naturally only for graphics cards that can handle it.

Why should it be added?

It should be added because it would add more realism to guild wars, live weather could be a nice touch, and it creates dynamic scenarios for the game.

Since its optional and since it needs a supported graphics card it means that it can't be added for all scenarios but rather be a added touch for the higher end computers.
