This is a work in progress. I plan to suggest changes for most of the ranger skills (apart from the ones I think are good already).

My changes are intended to improve the viability of rangers in PvE as well as give a larger viable skill selection in PvP.

My Pet Attacks give an effect to the pet until they attack - much like Enraging Charge. Unlike Enraging Charge however, the effects end on attack, not hit (so that pet attacks can still be blocked).

My Preparations last for a number of arrows rather than a duration. I chose 8...14...15 based around the (possibly badly-estimated) average number of enemies you could shoot with a bow during the 24-second duration of current Preparations. This change also means that Preparations can be used with multiple-attack skills without becoming overpowered, since they'll need refreshing often. If Preparations worked this way, they could be cast early before battle so that they're recharged by the time fighting begins.
