When several people want to open a locked or reward chest at the same time, it's aggravating to be told that the chest is in use and be made to wait your turn. The eighth person does not value his or her drop more for having had to watch the chest's opening animation eight times. I suggest removing this restriction so that everyone can use the chest at once.
