Mending Grip is a very weak alternative to the rockstar skill Mend Body and Soul. Compared to the skill it was designed around, Dismiss Condition... Dismiss Condition is about 4 times as powerful as Mending Grip.
Suggest increasing its healing a bit closer to Soothing Memories and lower its recharge to 4 seconds. It'd be really nice to have another skill option from Restoration.
