The low level arenas being explorable areas, is not so good. They are almost always empty, and this stops one from playing characters @ low levels while chasing Cartographer titles. PvP things should not affect PvE titles. It is very frustrating, play wise to have a character stalled in ascalon waiting for someone to enter Arena's, this goes for all other low level arena's as well. I personally have never been able to get into the ascalon arena. I'm trying to title chase, but will never be able to attain those titles with any character.
