When playing in a PUG there sometimes is a situation when the party leader has to leave for some reason. In Guild Wars 1 when that happens the next person in the party window becomes the leader. Now there are people out there who dislike being the leader and either leave the party or leave it just to self-invite back and not have to be the leader. And what if no one in the party wants to be the leader? Also when one person leaves the others often start to leave too and the PUG is gone.

What I think would be a good solution to this is the option for the current party leader to have some button in the party window or right-click the person (the one that he thinks is suited for the leader role or after asking people in the party who wants the position) in the party window and have the option to promote another person to become the leader.

This would also help if the leader has to go AFK for some time, so another person can set up the LF more or invite people to the party.
