This build is pretty insane, no idea why Anet keeps it, so many people request a nerfing.
The first knock down is nearly inevitable even under 50% block rating, unless using Balance Stance.
An inevitable KD every 8 seconds.
The second one is pretty easy, who stands adjacent allies becoming a good target of AoE?
Summary: Cripple every 7 seconds, inevitable KD per 8 seconds, dual KDs per 12 seconds in most case.
Plus DW, bleeding per 15 seconds.
Shadow Walk is too tactical exploitable.
Suggestions:
Palm Strike Palm Strike Changes cripple to bleeding, weakness...etc. Crippling touch off-hand skill is not so proper, especially while something called Trampling Ox out there.
Shadow Walk Shadow Walk Disable all skill for 0.75 seconds. Remove Disables your attack skills for 1 second. Add You cannot use non-attack skills on foes.
  • Blood spike with shadow step comes back again, as always, 700+ inevitable damage in 2 seconds.
Suggestions:
Death's Charge Death's Charge, Shadow Fang Shadow Fang, Dark Prison Dark Prison Disable non-attack skills for 5 seconds.
