Feedback:User/Seventh Rider/PvE Skill Tomes

I believe the addition of PvE skill tomes would be a welcome addition to Guild Wars. Many of the PvE meta builds contain at least one PvE skill, and in several cases use all three available PvE slots. To stay competitive in PvE, it is becoming a necessity to have a multitude of PvE skills on each of your characters. Some of these skills are simple to acquire, such as the allegiance rank skills (Kurzick and Luxon) and the Sunspear skills. However, the PvE skills in Eye of the North are extremely spread out and time consuming to obtain. I suggest that if you earn a PvE skill, it is then unlocked account wide, just as normal skills are. Then with the use of a PvE tome (Asuran tomes, Vanguard tomes, Norn tomes, and Deldrimor tomes) you are able to quickly add that skill to any role playing character on your account. This will effectively reduce some of the grind, while still keeping the need to buff reputation in order to increase the effectiveness of these skills.
