Following on from Eresculio's great idea of a costume maker in pre-searing Feedback:User/Erasculio/Costume makers on Pre Searing, I would also suggest that as well as a costume trader, a dye, rune, and festival hat trader be implemented as well.

Strong reasons for this are:

A) It will not alter statistical balance within pre.

B) It will enable players to buy what they require for a perma-pre character instantly, and at a less flucuating rate than what traders may offer a player.

C) It will bring a breath of fresh air to pre, as updates for it aren't that common.
