Being a complete noob, and going for the Survivor Title, I always delete my characters before I went to the Hat Maker to "store" my new festival hats. Since I still have those hats, I was wondering if ArenaNet can add another function to the Festival Hat Makers: For 10 Platinum and 100 skill points for each character on the account, the NPC can craft another customized festival hat in the inventory not belonging to said character/toon. As you can see, since it's 100 skill points to use per character - not a lot of people will be trading.
