Feedback talk:User/Shai Halud/Weight and Size Classes

I gotta admit, drawing the aggro range smaller on the radar is pretty clever...
Something to keep in mind though, Asurans can apparently "pilot" some of their larger golemns, and while Norn might get even bigger when they Theriomorph, some animals like the Wolf & SnowLeopard can keep a lower profile and move a lot faster than a person without making any noise. --ilrUser ilr deprav.png 02:47, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

Golemns would have a different Weight class from Asura and I doubt they will be crawling through the grass anyway. As for those transformations, they may receive a stealth bonus while they are active. If anyone cares, there might also be skills and equipment which would affect stealth, but base stealth would still be determined by size.--Shai Halud 08:02, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
Nice original idea, but not what Guild Wars is based upon. Its based upon its skill usage, and I dont see how any of these general techniques could fit into the skill system without compromising balance. Also, this idea would ruin Structured PvP/GvG. Guilds would be basically forced to keep a person in base to ensure a stealther doesnt get free NPC kills or Lord kill.--Malchior Devenholm 01:14, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
GW2 is not GW and Stealth may be disabled for structured PvP. Because Anet designs all of the skills and the combat system, they can make them comparable. And we don't know what GW2 gameplay is about yet. Read the comments at the bottom of this page.--Shai Halud 05:23, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
I don't see Asura crawling around, they are a prestigious race proud of themselves no way they'll crawl through grass they lett the golems do that for them
btw I think Charr will be heavier than Norn
and won't there be creatures heavier than Asura but Lighter than Sylvari and heavier than Sylvari but lighter than Human etc... Prince Grazel 13:21, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
