I disagree, because it's not from halo website. Not copyright. It's from here :P Halogod35 User Halogod35 Sig.jpg 00:51, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

Microsoft still own the copyright, even if it's not from their websites.. -- User indochine dsk tree.png Indochine talk 00:53, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
This helmet is a icon of bungies empire on halo. This is not the actual helmet copyrighted by bungie but by the corporation that took hold of the copyright... so it's probably under control of some other company that's holding their copyright. And even then it's just a picture taken of the helmet and not a production under the control of bungie and microsuck. Halogod35 User Halogod35 Sig.jpg 16:32, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
That's not the point. It can't be uploaded here as Microsoft/Bungie don't release their images under a free licence. Even if it was not produced by Microsoft/Bungie, they still own the copyright. If I was was to take a screenshot of Microsoft Office Word, MS would still own the copyright, not me. Don't ask me why.. -- User indochine dsk tree.png Indochine talk 16:40, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
Ok so my bros a modeler and has created a bionicle and released it to the public on turbosquid without getting consent from lego and nobody has said anything about it, along with other people. So what your telling me is that if I make a loose representation of masterchief, of Gordon freemen, or of any other character I have to include a copyright even if its of my creation? No, I'm not saying that. That image is a modification of a copyrighted image, and because of the way it's relased it does not allow it to be released under the GFDL. -- User indochine dsk tree.png Indochine talk 18:48, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
