Well, all that means is any ArenaNet copyrighted material is ArenaNet's. The use of their logo in this image, on this wiki is perfectly acceptable. Using it anywhere else however, would be a breach of copyright and they could sue. But it does not violate any copyright here, and while it's not a very flattering statement, it's not really a violation of GWW:NPA either.
