After further investigation, I don't believe the copyvio is accurate. I believe it should be removed. --

Restored and untagged[edit]
Was it really necessary to delete it? It was a photoshopped Clamor of Souls that looked similar to Vegeta, but similarity isn't a copyright violation, is it? :/ —Zerpha

- Based on this comment and my own conclusion that Zerpha is correct, I restored this image and removed the copyvio tag, since a photoshopped ArenaNet image is perfectly acceptable here.. --
