1.Let officers know,to use the use announcement or edit 'Offline Notification' if you are away.
2.If an Officer is inactive for 1 week (without notice) another will take his place.
3.If a Member is anactive for more than 4 months(without notice) they will be 'kicked'.
4.Promotions will be limited. If there are free positions for officer members will be promoted. Currently there are a few postions open for Officer.

Promotion
When a position is available for Officer, the longest serving (also take into account how active the member is) member will be promoted to officer. Currently there are a few positions open for officer.
Kicking
We are not a strict guild so we let you have a long period of time ( if you have computer problems or internet lags and stuff) and when that is over and goes further than kicking limit (which is 4 months) you will be kicked. Also if the positive atmosphere in the guild is disturbed and swearing was deliberately, kicking will result.
