What is your understanding of the role of a sysop that makes you wish to become one? --

OK, maybe I didn't say what I meant to say. It's not something that I just want to "try", I am actually serious about this. I want to help better the Wiki Community, and I feel that this way I can. -- §Lacky§ Talk 03:56, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

Brains12 \ talk 13:26, 10 April 2009 (UTC) - To take a different approach... sysop tools are rather serious business. The ability to delete pages and actually block users from editing is not something given lightly - you have to get a track record before people will trust you enough with those tools. In the meantime, however, there is a ton of stuff to do to help better the wiki community that doesn't require sysop tools. Start doing that stuff first; when people feel they can trust you with the ability to block and delete, open another RfA. -Auron >8< 09:23, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
