Guild talk:The Blitzers Guild (historical)

Hello Blitzers ;)

Hi Saelfaer, nice to see another ally guild up here :). Just a couple of pointers about your article. Do The Blitzers consider PvP as much a part of the guild as PvE? If so, your article might be better placed in Category:PvX guilds and Category:Recruiting PvX guilds, instead of the PvE ones. Also, the article should be written in third-person ("The Blitzers Guild is..."), instead of the current second-person ("we are..."). Hope this helps :) User Biscuits sig.pngBiscuits 12:28, 11 April 2007 (EDT)

owkay, thanks for the tips,
1) ill try to rework it a bit to form it to the 3rd person
2) no, we decided on our personal boards, to go for PvE label for the moment. because, if someone would join our pvx guild with the reason of doing some pvp he can get easily decieved, yes we do some pvp, but its not 50/50, not even 25/75. the pvp we do, is fun, but defenatly not what a 50/50 pvp/pve clan would do.
when we get our pvp a bit more popular and rolling, then we can talk about changing this label into PvX. Saelfaer 09:14, 13 April 2007 (EDT)

the alliance navbox

note to all blitzers (or other people that want to edit this article), if the alliance changes, and guilds leave, or guilds join, this article does not need any changes. the standard navbox is switched by a link to our alliance navbox on the Scouts of Tyria page. (located @ Guild:Scouts_Of_Tyria/Alliance_Navbox), this way, only that alliance_Navbox should be changed there, in order to update all navboxes on the idividual guild pages of the alliance! thanks to Biscuits for the creation of this lovely idea! - Saelfaer 08:18, 18 April 2007 (EDT)

Quick FYI, since we split with the scouts, Guild:The Blitzers Guild/Alliance_Navbox is our new navbox! BramStoker (talk, contribs) 10:13, 17 October 2007 (UTC)

Another BG member

Signing in. Aka Alvin Sciurus (account1) or Mizuki Kusanagi (account2). I hope I can merge all my names into one account for GW2 :) --BramStoker 19:13, 24 April 2007 (EDT)

Hi, mizuki, nice to see you online on the wiki too, to my knowledge of the policies for guild pages, its not allowed to keep a full guild roster, so if your intention was to get your name on the article page, i believe we cannot do that. only the guild council is presented in the contact section. but that doesn't mean you cant help out where ever you want to. if you have sugestions for our wiki page we can always discuss our page. but i'd rather have an open discussion on our guild forums than on this wiki here. because most of the members check the forums alot more than the wiki. - Saelfaer 05:45, 25 April 2007 (EDT)
I just like to see who else is around and watch their talk pages, and maybe nosey on their wiki contributions :) --BramStoker 07:52, 25 April 2007 (EDT)
