- Firstly, sign please. Second, if you'd read the notes, you would have seen that its summon is "a higher level than the one created by the skill Pain at certain communing attribute levels." - This is a much, much better choice for pvp spirit spammers. If you cast it before the battle, your spirit of pain is essentially free with no cast time. Barkingllama 20:15, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
