First of all savvy is NOT a commonly used word and second of all it does not sound sparrowish the least bit idiots.
[edit] No matter what you do...
If you don't spawn him for the first time up the "rabbit hill" near the collector named Cain Sentor, he WILL NOT appear!!!!! Both wikis needs to be updated.
You Must:
- Complete the Primary Ebon Vanguard Quests - Spawn Vael up the "Rabbit Hill" - Zone back into Longeye's Ledge - Walk out to the Vael spawn location on the edge of the forest (just east of a black wolf)

The 2 charr listed as "bosses" are not actual bosses, but boss-like foes. They have no auras and skills may NOT be capped from them. Move? syn // talk 01:00, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
It appears that you can get the quest independent of where you spawn Vael. Once the primary Ebon Vanguard quests are complete and Vael has shown himself, you can find him on your next instance of the map at the location shown on the quest map, about 2/3 of the way towards the southern end of the woods east of the black wolf as mentioned, gsv, 09/28/09.
