These enemies rip through parties trying to vanquish. Deathly Swarm dealing 94 damage x3 every 6 seconds doesn't seem huge, but with the typical set-up of 2 monks for 6 players in HM ( e.g. leaving from Sanctum Cay ) mobs of 4+ of these can easily dominate a monk in seconds. Also assuming that the curses necros usually assisting these are using Chilblains doing 50 AoE damage. Also removes 2 enchantments so Prot Spirit food. I really can't see why a note [1] saying these are harsh foes in HM is inappropriate. --
