These are pimp. 69.132.153.54 21:03, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Woot! Big, oversized dragon heads for hands. Oooohh yeah, my rit is going to love these. /sarcasm --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Lightow .
- Like every other Warrior armor isn't big and oversized... 75.117.115.157 03:30, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
- How badly do they clip through shields.... --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:70.124.117.45 .
- They look okay on Warriors, but completely ridiculous on most of the other classes. These are going to be more overused than the Ninja mask. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:172.201.100.174 .
- Omg... these things are even uglier then Monk Primeval Armor >_> ... Why does everyone like these things so much?... I can't stand em =.= --J0ttemâ„¢ 17:16, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
- Probably because they are the easiest to get out of the gauntlet series iirc -elviondale (tahlk) 22:05, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
- Someone put back the original pic, the new one is just from some retarded brag-bitch wannabe. Saph 23:36, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

(Reset indent) Just slightly.. and violated certain picture constraints. 1400+ pixels is a bit wide. -elviondale (tahlk) 02:44, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- hey I put my pic in the equiped preview, not in the gauntlets template, and my pic has been there for ages dude..Brag? no, contributor of wiki pics, yeah..Dunno who changed the page to not show equiped pics and moved my pic. Saph I strongly dislike your tone of voice, I'm only here to help with pics. --
(Tribina / talk) 10:52, 5 September 2007 (UTC) edit: this only counts if you are referring to the female ranger in fow, though for any reason I do dislike the tone of voice ;-) --
(Tribina / talk) 10:54, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Tribina, it has gotten fixed before you knew, it seems. Your pic had been replaced by someone who had an overly sized picture of the log-in screen, showing off his entire armor while at it. I DO like the combo on your Ranger, to be honest, I wonder how you hold the bow, though o.O
- PS: Yes, I was angry. But the change was pointless, and I'm frustrated by the amount of annoying people who add nothing to the wiki. Saph 20:32, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Hahah.. yeah I reverted it. Its something any user can do. -elviondale (tahlk) 20:37, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Now how on earth will this look on mesmers... It would HAVE to be on the entire arms covering armour.. --Yakky 23:49, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Dye preview
I suggest to add a Dye preview to this article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gret (talk • contribs) 17:20, 7 September 2007 (UTC).
I noticed that the appearance of the gloves vary depending on the profession, like the Mesmer's being very small gloves with dragon heads. A Concerned Citizen 23:54, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- might it then be useful to ask for pics from every profession? --VVong|BA 20:32, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Profession Dependent
As my female necromancer has the exact sames gloves as female rangern male monk and male warrior, i hardly believe the skin changes upon the profession, so i remove the note saying it, because i don't see any proof of it anywhere. lussh 16:21, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- It does, sorta. [1], female mesmers get gloves instead of forearm gauntlets as all their "arm" armors only cover their hands. -
HeWhoIsPale 16:31, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
Ok you gave my the proof it was true, i thank you for giving it to me and staying polite even knowing i was wrong. I wrote the note back. lussh 16:45, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
The screenshot shows the dragon guantlets, but with what armor (chest, leg etc) it is?.--69.239.62.68 20:10, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
- These arent related to a specific armor set. just like things like the chaos gloves and destroyer gauntlets, these are standalone pieces. would be nice for a full set of chaos armor...whoa, blinding...68.35.88.45 01:59, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- Ranger Obsidian armor. - BeX
