I am not knowledgeable about the Kurzick side but maybe someone else could add a link from the NPCs to their article instead of to the [Monk] or [Elementalist]. Bug

Lord Brauer becomes an enemy first. If you kill him too quickly, before any other House member becomes an enemy, they will stay friendly, and the quest cannot be completed.
