...to the Varajar Fells page? Possibly add something saying that this effect will be active in some areas when the quest Haunted is active. I had this come on my character and disappear quickly, and didn't know what it was. It confused me for a while until I noticed the spirit standing idly by. The effect came back when I approached him, and I realized what was happening, but it might be helpful to some other players to note this effect on the Varajar Fells info page.
