Also interesting is the question: what is the minimum level required to take the quest. I dont know it, but it seemed logical to see it between the other requirements. If someone knows the answer please edit the page. Thank you

- If there's no minimum, then why is there a note at the bottom saying the quest is unavailible to those under level 10? Also, I just tested this, you only need to finish the quest 'The Time is Nigh' to start Plague in Cantha and Terror in Tyria. Silavor

Wouldn't a requirement be non-canthan character like terror in tyria, chaos in kryta and mhenlo's request instead of nightfall character? Etienne 00:15, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Mhenlo AWOL?
I've got a NF char up to Gate of Madness, have this quest active, do not have Mhenlo's Request, and can abandon/re-get the quest, but Mhenlo doesn't show up in Consulate Docks. Any ideas?
