Name[edit]
Can we call these anything else. While we can't use the correct name, that have lead to a name everyone who have expressed an opinion, including several Anet people, dislikes. Backsword 08:26, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
- I call them ~~~s because of the tentacles. An article with that name might present problems on a wiki, though. What would you prefer we call them? Floaters? Overlords? They seem to be a reference to Yog-Sothoth or some other Lovecraftian entity, so perhaps we could name them after one of those. –Jette 09:42, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
- Even though it is an unsatisfactory unofficial term, it *is* the term which is used to refer to them in-game by most players (if they call them anything at all); for that reason alone I'd not change the article name. Although I would not be adverse to having an Overlord redirect. Vili 点
