just me and olias, didnt exactly know how this works. decoded the letter, then Captain Langmar took these things immediatly. unfortunately, i had activated hm. twice lvl26charr instead of the lowllvl charr, yay. then i and olias got killed and teleportet back to the outpost. the bad thing is, you can't repeat this quest now, though you have the letter to captain langmar. (i thought it would only be a quest added when clicking on the green hook^^ now i was teleported to the flame temple corridor...) btw, if one doesn't have prophecies but eotn, will he also get there? suppose yes^^ tyrian Cartographer without proph... —ZerphaThe Improver 14:05, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

you can't play eotn if u haven't got prophecies:p

yes you can. you just need 1 chapter (factions, nightfall or prophecies) and EotN to play it.Sjeng 19:00, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

I just did the mission twice and got a different enemy layout on each run. On the first run, the boss was well hidden in the southeastern area of the map. Took me nearly 10 minutes to find him. Guess it was the Ele boss. On the second run, the eastern area was blocked and i had to kill the warrior boss. As the note tells you, the warrior boss run is really really fast. 2000 ebon vanguard points in 12 minutes - i really like these missions.^^

Just did this mission and completed it. Received no Vanguard reward.

I did the other two yesterday, 1 in NM and the other in HM. No reward either. My rank is 9 @ 55k. I thought I'd make some quick points, but nope... bug??Sjeng 19:01, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

Just read this: Players will not earn the reward of 1000 Ebon Vanguard reputation points in either Normal mode or Hard mode if their rank is already 8. Rats!Sjeng 19:03, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
