This article seems to be presently unclear on how, or more specifically where, to get the item. It indicates only one out of the seven areas one can find a Jade Brotherhood Ritualist, which is standard procedure for unique items. However, this item is clearly out of step for this standard procedure, as it is dropped by non-boss characters appearing in multiple areas. Clarification seems to be increasingly necessary, as currently it is being interpreted as being area-specific. Chaiyo Kaldor 23:39, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

From my experience with the fans, and their drops, I think they are an area-specific drop, since the Forgotten Fan only drops in The Falls. Unless there's evidence/proof that is is inaccurate, then it can stay as it is IMO. Of course, it's not helped that almost no one wants one of these fans anymore anyways.
