Not all destroyers are destroyers, apparently!

In various parts of GWEN, I have encountered "destroyers", which are not destroyers. When I use Alkar's concoction om them, the game tells me that they are not destroyers. By their name alone, they are destroyers... I cannot remember where, but occasionally, I will find one real destroyer within the bunch of non-destroyer destroyers...
