Indeed it is. Kind of deceiving isn't it? They must have thought it was more catchy than Rragar's Staff or something. Rragar is a Mesmer and Hidesplitter is a Paragon (the two final bosses) so that doesn't help much either. By the way, THESE stats are correct, while another place has it listed as an HCT 10%. Well the original "Maneater" was by Hall & Oates in the 80's and probably PWNS Nelly Furtados. PWNS!
