Just got 2 in one run, do these have a high drop rate or was i just lucky?

I think you were lucky, all greens have the same chance of dropping, but the Matriarch's are common in the dungeon so said chances are higher per run as you have multiple kills. 58.110.139.72 07:46, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
