Yea, and it's AoE blind. Two rangers with expertise 15-16 could keep a bunch of melee fighters blinded all day long. This deserves its recharge time. Noctarch 14:22, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

The way I normally use this is in PvE, when enemy warriors, sins and dervs rush my backline I just chuck this at em to protect my casters for a bit. KrelusDerian 19:09, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
