This boss is easily farmable. Simply trigger all the spiders. Run across the bridge to the east and kill the group of spiders. Wait until all the other groups bunch together. Then double-back and go above them on the bridge. Then simple nuke or SS or any other spell as they can't hit you because the view is obstructed. Takes about 4 minutes to farm the boss.

Which is why his green is given away for about 500g.
