This template is used to identify pages within the Guild Wars Wiki namespace as policies. Based on the status of the policy page, the template categorizes the page into Category:Policies or an appropriate category.

- unnamed parameter 1
- Optional. Status of the policy page. Possible values:
- no value for accepted, official policy

proposal- for policy proposals -
draft- for policy drafts that need improvement -
inactive- for inactive policy proposals that are not actively discussed -
rejected- for rejected policy proposals that were unable to gain support
- unnamed parameter 2
- Optional. Shortcut links that redirect to the policy page. See also Template:Shortcut.
