Will produce:

"This is a Quote3" — Example

If you want to link to the Userpage of the Author, enter:

{{quote3|This is a Quote3|[[User:Example]]}}

Which will produce:

"This is a Quote3" — User:Example

If the quote is from an article, do not input User: before the article name. If you do not want the User: part to show, input [[User:Example|Example]] in the right place.
