- Only encountered during the Rilohn Refuge mission.
- It's effect is reduced by 10% for each water pump you turn off, shutting down all five will eliminate the effect altogether. Note that this is related to the mission's bonus.
- Consider Winter as an effective counter against Thirst of the Drought.
